Clinical Director, Physical Therapist
Dang teamed up with PT Hawaii in 2017 after finishing an Orthopedic Residency in Murrieta, California. Preceding his residency program, Dang received his clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Loma Linda University in California. Dang brings a diverse background of medical knowledge being a Registered Respiratory Therapist. He is also fluent in English and Vietnamese. Dang uses his advanced training received in his residency to provide patients with excellence in rehabilitation.

Jane joined PT Hawaii in 2019 after working in Orange County, California. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St Augustine in 2016 and has experience in outpatient orthopedics and acute-care hospital. She is fluent in English and Korean, an APTA credentialed clinical instructor, and believes in providing compassionate therapeutic care to help her patients return to their goals.
Physical Therapist
Rachael joined PT Hawaii in 2018. She received her clinical doctorate from the University of St. Augustine in 2016 and has experience in outpatient orthopedics and skilled nursing. Rachael received advanced manual therapy training in various spinal mobilization techniques during her coursework at St. Augustine. She enjoys working with diverse patient populations including orthopedic and neurological injuries. She believes that helping patients return to their prior level of function and developing meaningful relationships is the best part of being a therapist.
Physical Therapist
Jennifer joined PT Hawaii in 2018 after working in New York City. Jennifer received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2014 from the University of St. Augustine in San Diego, California where she was able to specialize in manual therapy. Since graduation, Jennifer has been dedicated to honing her manual therapy skills for the spine, and the upper and lower extremities. Jennifer is clinically interested in integrating functional movement assessments with her manual therapy techniques. She feels that greater results can be achieved when a patient is evaluated as a whole. Jennifer’s passion lies with treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. She approaches each case uniquely in order to allow patients to return to their prior level of function or to enhance their sports performance.
Physical Therapist
Caitlin started at PT Hawaii in 2019 after graduating with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She has experience with skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and inpatient rehabilitation. She enjoys problem solving to find the root cause of pain in order to restore function for her patients, and enjoys building relationships with those that she treats. Caitlin has a Masters in Public Health with a concentration in health education, and enjoys educating patients about their diagnoses to promote self efficacy and to encourage patients to feel a sense of control over their injuries. Currently completing her Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy (CAPP) from the American Physical Therapy Association, Caitlin enjoys treating women who are pregnant and postpartum in order to decrease pain and improve function, and finds it rewarding to be part of the process of delivering healthy babies to healthy moms.
Physical Therapist
Dulyawat was born and raised in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. He lived there for most of his life until moving to Redlands, California in 2002. Soon after his move, Dulyawat set out to learn the English language and pursue a higher education. He lived with his host family throughout his senior high school and college years. Because of his interests in sports and helping others, he decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. He attained his degree in 2009 from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Loma Linda University. Following graduation, Dulyawat started his first Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) career at AVID Indio. As a PTA, he decided to pursue a higher education in physical therapy, which led to a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. With an interest in Orthopedics, Dulyawat completed his residency in the Orthopedic Certified Specialist program at the University of Southern California in 2017. Dulyawat enjoys playing soccer and basketball. He volunteered with AYSO for many years as an assistant coach and a referee. He also loves snowboarding, a variety of foods, especially noodles, as well as spending time with his friends and family.
Physical Therapist
Hannah Hawk joined PT Hawaii in early 2022 after graduating from Northern Arizona University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program in 2021. Prior to Physical Therapy, Hannah was a swim and strength coach at multiple nationally-ranked swim teams in the Austin Area as well as a swim instructor for the pediatric and young adult populations. Hannah herself has been a nationally ranked swimmer (now turned runner). Hannah’s clinical interests are synonymous with her personal interests, as she has a passion for optimal human performance, helping patients return to their favorite recreational activities, and living the highest quality of life desired. Prior to PT Hawaii, Hannah has clinical experience in the Acute Care, Orthopedic, and Pediatric settings.
Physical Therapist
Linh Banh joined PT Hawaii in late 2021. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017. She was first exposed to the physical therapy profession as an undergraduate at the University of Virginia, where she volunteered at a children's rehabilitation center and realized she had found her dream career. Linh's experience includes working with adults in the inpatient rehab and outpatient orthopedic settings, as well as children from birth to 18 years old-- treating diagnoses including but not limited to cerebral palsy, torticollis, idiopathic toe walking, and developmental delay. She has a passion for connecting with patients through their healing journey to help them achieve their highest functional mobility potential.

Skyler Hilden graduated with his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff. He’s passionate about going beyond getting people out of pain and focuses on getting them back to the things they really care about, whether it’s returning to sports, surfing, or even picking up the grandkids again. He enjoys tailoring his exercise techniques to each person's specific needs and goals and tries to make therapy enjoyable as well as effective. Born and raised in Montana, he used to spend his summers as a backpacking guide and now spends his free time surfing, hiking, and lifting when he can.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Kathrine also known as Kitchie. She was a licensed Physical Therapist from the Philippines and came to Hawaii last 2006. She joined PT Hawaii in 2008. Kitchie studied in Philippines with Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and a degree in Special Education. She obtained her licensed since 2011. She is also Certified IASTM provier and Rock tape/Kinesio taping from basic to advance level. Kitchie is fluent in English and Filipino language Tagalog and 3 other dialects Ilocano, Pangasinsense and Kapampangan.
Physical Therapist Assistant
Jenn joined PT Hawaii in 2012. She studied in the Philippines with her Bachelor's degree in Biology and Physical Therapy. She obtained her PTA license in Connecticut since 2010 and work mostly in orthopedic rehabilitation. She is a certified IASTM provider to treat soft tissue injuries. She is fluent in English and Filipino (Visayan) language and enjoys providing specific care to patients so they can regain function and recover from their injuries.
Massage Therapist
Amy joined PT Hawaii in 2016. She has over 8 year's experience as a LMT and is certified in deep tissue/Swedish, Thai, lomilomi, reiki, medical, reflexology, and tapping. She is also knowledgeable in chair, sports, prenatal, and Gua Sha massage, and is currently working on completing her Ashiatsu and oncology certification. She believes in providing energy balance and healing care, while incorporating body mechanics through yoga practice in providing care for her clients.

Maryvic joined PT Hawai’i in early 2017. She attended Hawai’i School of Professional Massage in 2013 and received her Massage Therapist License in 2014. Maryvic performs Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue as well as Medical Massage. She does continuing education in Las Vegas every year to stay up to date on the newest techniques. She gives her full attention to each patient and listens to what their concerns are and tailors her work to be able to meet her patients need. Maryvic enjoys working with patients of all sorts, forming a bond with each individual and loves learning new things.

Cindy joined PT Hawaii in 2017. She received her massage license from West Oahu Wellness and Massage Education Center in 2016. With at least 3 years of experience Cindy continues to perfect her massage in Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Chair massage. Since graduation, Cindy has been dedicated to broadening her skill sets as well as creating relationships with clientele to provide them with unique therapeutic care.

A graduate from Hawaii Healing Arts College and Massage Professionals and joined PT Hawaii in 2020. Charissa is very passionate about massage therapy and strives to help each patient reach their health and healing goals. She incorporates her knowledge in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical, Sport, Gerontology, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Chair and Prenatal massage and is currently completing clinical massage certification at Hawaii Healing Arts College to better understand how to treat her patients effectively. She sincerely cares and is always willing to go the extra mile for her patients. And is a firm believer in healthy mental health because good health starts from the inside out.

Liz joined PT Hawaii in 2020. She attended Professional School Massage and Clinic in 2007. Liz has now been licensed for over 12 years. Her experiences range from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair, Medical, Thai, Lomilomi, Reflexology, Pre-Natal, and Sports modalities. She continues to refine her abilities and add new techniques. Liz actively works on having an effective communication with both Physical therapist and patient. As both inputs is a key role in how she can ensure to add value to the patient's road to recovery. Liz loves to laugh a lot. She finds a way to always find joy in the smallest things. Her outlook has help to see challenges as opportunities to grow and become a better person.
Massage Therapist
Rennell graduated from Remington College in 2008 and obtained my Massage Therapist License in 2009. She specializes in Chair Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage. Rennell likes to help others through the healing benefits of massage to provide patients with a feeling of relaxation and relief. Loves family time, hiking, camping, baking, and trying new restaurants.

Kevin began working for the company since 2008 and has been the Principal LMT since 2009. He has taken the upper body, lower body and five-day intensive courses from James Waslaski. James was inducted to the Massage Hall of Fame and currently runs the Center for Pain Management. Besides using Orthopedic techniques, Kevin uses other modalities like Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu and Swedish massage. Our staff truly cares and does an excellent job communicating with the patient and Physical Therapists about keeping the massage safe and effective. I truly enjoy working here.

Quawana is a licensed massage therapist who maintains licensure in New York, Oregon, and Hawaii. She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City. Since graduating from the Swedish Institute, Quawana has earned a certificate in Level 1 Foot Reflexology for relaxation, a certificate in Warm Bamboo Massage and a certificate in Medical Massage, which she specializes in since she began working in Physical Therapy clinics 6 years ago. Quawana is dedicated to tailoring each massage to meet the needs of her clients; using deep tissue, myofascial techniques and slow fluid strokes, to increase mobility and alleviate pain and tension. Quawana also enjoys live music, reading and writing poetry.
